Jayden Jackson Delivers Best Performance of Season
Jayden Jackson produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Franklin to the win on Friday. Jackson rushed for 286 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 17.9 yards per carry. The effort marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in December of 2023. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his sixth straight game with at least 106 rushing yards dating back to last season.
Jackson might have his next game, a road matchup with Little River Academy, circled on his calendar. When Jackson last faced the Bumblebees back in November of 2023, he rushed for 217 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 10.9 yards per carry.

Tim Grice helped snap C.H. Yoe's five-game losing streak. McGregor had no answer to Grice on Friday as he picked up 147 receiving yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 91 yards and a touchdown. Grice's longest rush was for an incredible 92 yards.
C.H. Yoe's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-5. Grice and C.H. Yoe will square off against Troy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

While Rockdale might've come up empty on Friday, Erik Sheppard wasn't going down without a fight. Nobody could stop Sheppard as he picked up 124 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Rockdale's loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-3. Sheppard and Rockdale will venture away from home to take on McGregor at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Brody Allen produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Little River Academy to the win on Friday. Allen rushed for 76 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 233 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 11.7 yards per attempt.
Little River Academy moved to 1-5 with that win, which also ended their six-game losing streak. Allen and Little River Academy will look to defend their home field on Friday against Franklin at 7:30 p.m.

Radyn Hamilton Sets Career High in Rushing Yards
Rockdale came up short on Friday despite Radyn Hamilton delivering his best game to date. Hamilton rushed for 59 yards and three touchdowns, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, picking up a sack and making seven total tackles.
For the year, Hamilton has run in 5 touchdowns while averaging 29 rushing yards per game.
