With a playoff game on the line, Tupelo rose to the challenge  on Friday. They enjoyed a cozy  21-3 victory over the Madison Central Jaguars. The 21-point effort marked the Golden Wave's lowest-scoring  contest of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

 Tupelo was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 242  rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  rushed for at least 207  rushing yards in seven consecutive  games.
