Leipsic is 5-0 against Cory-Rawson since January of 2019, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Leipsic Vikings will be playing at home against the Cory-Rawson Fighting Hornets at 7:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Leipsic's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their third straight loss. Their tough 58-36 defeat to Columbus Grove might stick with them for a while. While losing is never fun, Leipsic can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 396th, while Columbus Grove is ranked 190th).
Meanwhile, things could have been worse for Cory-Rawson, but they could have been a whole lot better as they took a 67-51 loss to Elgin on Thursday.
Leipsic now has a losing record at 6-7. As for Cory-Rawson, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-9 record this season.
