After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Prairie Heights, Westview was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Jimtown Jimmies, sneaking past 6-5. For the Warriors, this counts as revenge for the 9-4 win the Jimmies walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2025.
Breanna Garrett was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she tossed 5.1 innings while giving up just two earned (and three unearned) runs off three hits.
