Volleyball Recap: Make It Three in a Row for Andover

Andover entered their tilt with Mound-Westonka on Saturday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the White Hawks by a score of 2-0. This was payback for the Huskies, who suffered a 2-1 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Andover can attribute much of their success to Katelyn Eisinger, who had nine assists and four aces. Those four aces gave Eisinger a new career-high.

Eisinger wasn't the only good servers: Andover was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 13 aces. The Huskies are 5-1 when they serve at least ten aces.

Andover now has a winning record of 13-12. As for Mound-Westonka, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-6 record this season.

Andover wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Spring Lake Park on the 11th. As for Mound-Westonka, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-1 loss against Robbinsdale Armstrong on the 13th.
