With a playoff win on the line, Bishop Foley rose to the challenge on Saturday. They put the hurt on the Lutheran Northwest Crusaders with a sharp 14-5 victory. The Ventures might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matches by six runs or more this season.
Sasha Walker made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she pitched 3.1 innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances.
