Worthington Kilbourne's loss came despite strong showings from Aidan Gallogly and Te'mar Lewis. Gallogly scored 17 points along with three steals, while Lewis scored 20 points. Zach Wolford was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Worthington Kilbourne has traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-11 record this season. As for Big Walnut, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 14-5.
Worthington Kilbourne will be playing in front of their home fans against the Falcons at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Franklin Heights is no doubt hoping to put an end to a seven-game streak of away losses. As for Big Walnut, they will head out on the road to face off against the Warriors at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Westerville North knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past nine games -- so hopefully the Golden Eagles like a good challenge.
