The Aurora Houn Dawgs's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their third straight loss. They took a hard 84-69 fall against Carl Junction. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Carl Junction to victory, but perhaps none more so than Brody Pant, who scored 23 points along with 4 steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Cooper Vediz, who scored 23 points along with 6 rebounds.
Aurora's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Carl Junction, the win got them back to even at 2-2.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Aurora will take on Hollister at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Carl Junction is on the road again on Friday and play against Pittsburg at 7:30 p.m. on December 8th.
