On Thursday, The Killingly Redmen's's game was all tied up 7-7 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They secured a 28-22 W over Ledyard. The win made it back-to-back wins for Killingly.
Leading Killingly to victory were Soren Rief and Hayden Allard. Rief rushed for 134 yards and a touchdown, while Allard rushed for 118 yards and two touchdowns. Rief is on a roll when it comes to rushing yards, as he's now rushed for 100 or more in the last seven games he's played.
Killingly is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a massive bump to their 5-3 record this season. As for Ledyard, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-5.
