Clay Central-Everly had to kick off their season with an away game, and unfortunately wound up with a long bus ride home. They were given a punishing 0-67 loss at the hands of Northwood-Kensett. This was the first contest for both squads, starting Clay Central-Everly off on the wrong foot at 0-1, while giving Northwood-Kensett a 1-0 record.
Next week, Clay Central-Everly take on North Iowa at 7:00 PM. As for Northwood-Kensett, they will face of against Harris-Lake Park.
