On Friday Edison take on Hanover at 7:30 PM. If the game is anything like the 41-36 finish from the last time they met, the scorekeeper will be kept real busy.
After a dominant victory in their match two weeks ago, Edison were humbled last Friday. They took a hard 50-67 fall against Deer Trail. Yes, you read that final score correctly. Yes, this was football.
Meanwhile, Hanover suffered a grim 21-53 defeat to Genoa-Hugo. Hanover were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 8-39.
With the two teams each stumbling in off of a defeat, both will be hungry for the win. We'll see which team satisfies their hunger and which team leaves with an empty stomach.
