On Thursday, Irvine got the W thanks in part to Brandon Figueroa playing the best football he has all season. Figueroa rushed for 335 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 18.6 yards per carry, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. His longest rush was for an incredible 94 yards.

His longest rush was for an incredible 71 yards.

Jack Mckelvy Goes Supernova in El Toro Victory
Jack Mckelvy posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He rushed for 82 yards and a touchdown, and also threw for 193 yards and two touchdowns.
For the season, Mckelvy has thrown 17 touchdowns while averaging 193.7 passing yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after seven games last season, he was only averaging 58.71 passing yards per game.
