Clinton had to settle for second on Friday, but Josh Bass sure wasn't going down easily. Bass wasn't messing around, going 2-for-4 with one home run and one double. The game was his third straight with at least one home run.

Bass and Clinton will face off against El Paso-Gridley at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Sadly, Bass' big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Maroons' three-game streak of wins at home.
