Brantley waltzed into their game on Wednesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Millry Wildcats a 6-0 shutout. The Bulldogs' pitching crew has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a run in their last three matchups.

Brantley pushed their record up to 25-12 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.5 runs on average over those games. As for Millry, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 14-13-1.

Looking ahead, Brantley will take on Sweet Water at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Sweet Water will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something Brantley surely won't give up without a fight. Millry does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
