Softball Recap: Friday's Victory Is Henrietta's 11th in Last 12 Outings

Henrietta won against Vernon last Tuesday with 18 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Friday. Henrietta didn't even let Vernon on the board, marking Henrietta's second-straight 18-0 shutout. Considering the Bearcats have won 11 matchups by more than six runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Henrietta has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-2 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.5 runs over those games. Vernon's defeat was their sixth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-13.
