Delta Charter has not had quite the year their fans were hoping for to this point, but back-to-back wins may be a sign of good things to come. They snuck past Humphreys Able Charter with a 50-45 victory on Thursday.
Meanwhile, Tioga had to suffer through a rough 85-37 loss at the hands of the Titans. Tioga was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 57-20.
Delta Charter's victory bumped their record up to 5-11. As for Tioga, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-10.
Everything came up roses for Delta Charter against the Timberwolves in their previous meeting back in January as the team secured a 85-36 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Delta Charter since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
