Even though the Kerman Lions have not done well against the Washington Union Panthers recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. Kerman secured a 79-75 W over Washington Union. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Kerman.
Jasiah Woods and Decurtis Stroud certainly did their best on Tuesday to try and avoid the loss. Woods scored 14 points, while Stroud scored 14 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Stroud has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Kado Felder, who scored seven points.
Kerman now has a winning record of 12-11. As for Washington Union, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-14.
Kerman will head out on the road to take on Hanford West at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Hanford West knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past ten matchups -- so hopefully Kerman likes a good challenge. As for Washington Union, they will be playing at home against Exeter at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
