Wesley Yarbrough's Big Game Leads Crosby over Fort Bend Kempner
Starting off the list is Crosby's Wesley Yarbrough, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Yarbrough rushed for 138 yards and two touchdowns on only 14 carries, and also picked up 61 receiving yards and a touchdown. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fifth straight game with at least 138 rushing yards dating back to last season.
Yarbrough and Crosby will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Porter at 7:00 p.m. on November 2nd. The Cougars had to take a loss when they last met the Spartans, but Yarbrough had little to do with the loss: he picked up 27 receiving yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 57 yards. Can he match (or beat) that performance?
