The team also got some help courtesy of  Dani Gehringer, who  had two  aces and 14  assists.
 Philip Simmons  couldn't miss and  finished the game having scored on 46.2% of their attack attempts. That's a new  trend for them: their average  hitting percentage was 29.3% earlier this season, but in their last ten matchups they've averaged 40.3%.
