Wawasee got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Kaydence Shepherd out in front who scored 17 points along with 8 steals and 5 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Olivia Horn, who scored 14 points.
The losses dropped Elkhart Christian Academy to 3-4 and Victory Christian Academy to 1-2.
This contest is one where the number of possessions is likely to be a big factor: Elkhart Christian Academy have been smashing the glass this season, having averaged 29.7 rebounds per game.
