The Belleview Christian Bruins can now show off six landslide victories after their most recent match on Friday. They took their game on the road with ease, bagging a 80-27 victory over Front Range Christian. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 45-6.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Belleview Christian to victory, but perhaps none more so than Garrett Owen, who scored 19 points along with three steals. Owen has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last ten times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Brandon Ewing, who scored 13 points along with seven assists and six rebounds.
Belleview Christian's win was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-1. As for Front Range Christian, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-7.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Belleview Christian will take on Front Range Baptist at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Front Range Baptist and Belleview Christian are at an even 5-5 over their past ten head-to-heads. As for Front Range Christian, they will be playing at home against Denver Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
