Joseph DeLaCruz that came in the third quarter.
Strathmore expanded its lead to nine points entering the fourth quarter. SHS scored two times in the third, including once on a touchdown.
Metcalf and DeLaCruz teamed up to form a dynamic passing combination. DeLaCruz caught three touchdowns and Metcalf threw five. DeLaCruz has now caught three touchdowns this season, while Metcalf has thrown 54.
With the win Farmersville extended its winning streak to four games. The loss snapped Strathmore's two-game winning streak.
