They claimed a resounding 40-5 win over Gainesville Christian Community at home. That looming 40-5 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Hope Christian Academy yet this season.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Hope Christian Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Addyson Wilson, who scored 13 points. Wilson continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Alyssa Hunt was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
Hope Christian Academy's victory ended a six-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 1-4. As for Gainesville Christian Community, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-4.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hope Christian Academy will challenge Northside Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Gainesville Christian Community, they will head out on the road to challenge Open Bible Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
