It was a good run, but Northeast unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Monday. They took a 6-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Glasgow Yellowjackets. The Bearcats were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Yellowjackets apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Northeast's defeat dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Glasgow, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season.

Northeast wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 12-3 win against Sturgeon on the 15th. As for Glasgow, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 16-0 victory against Bevier on the 15th.
