The Boling Bulldogs's road trip will continue as they head out to face the Industrial Cobras at 11:20 a.m. on December 27th. Industrial took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Boling, who comes in off a win.
On December 9th, Boling blew past Brazos, posting a 56-23 victory on the road. Given Boling's advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 578th, while Brazos is ranked 1538th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Meanwhile, Industrial came up short against Columbus on Tuesday and fell 42-31. Industrial has struggled against Columbus recently, as their match on Tuesday was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.
Boling has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. As for Industrial, their loss was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 5-10.
Boling strolled past Industrial when the teams last played back in November by a score of 41-23. The rematch might be a little tougher for Boling since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
