The Spectrum Sting have the luxury of staying at home another game and will welcome the Milaca Wolves Monday. It might come down to the wire as the MaxPreps rankings project a close matchup.
Spectrum found themselves the reluctant recipients of an unpleasant 82-59 punch to the gut against Maranatha Christian Academy this past Thursday.
Meanwhile, Milaca came up short against Little Falls this past Friday, falling 49-41. Senior Logan Molacek (14 points) was the top scorer for the Wolves.
With both teams hitting sour notes in their previous games, they will no doubt be looking to produce a better outcome in this one. We'll see which team satisfies their hunger and which team leaves with an empty stomach.
