Colleton Prep Academy was handed a heart-breaking two-run loss in their last contest, but they sure didn't let that happen against Jefferson Davis Academy on Friday. The War Hawks blew past the Raiders 14-3. The win continues a trend for the War Hawks in their matchups with the Raiders: they've now won six in a row.

Colleton Prep Academy let Tanner Wolf and Fripp Smoak run wild. Wolf went 2-for-3 with three runs, one stolen base, and one double, while Smoak went a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. Those three runs gave Wolf a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Tylor Riesner, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs, two RBI, and one double.
They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Colleton Prep Academy kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. That's the most hits they've managed all season.
Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Patrick Henry Academy's offense. They fell 3-0 to Savannah Athletic Association on Friday. The matchup marked the first time this season in which the Patriots were not able to get on the board.
Patrick Henry Academy saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Keegan Lee, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one double. That double marked the first that Lee has hit this season.
Colleton Prep Academy's victory bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Patrick Henry Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-3.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Monday as neither team is afraid to steal. Colleton Prep Academy has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 2.9 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Patrick Henry Academy struggles in that department as they've been averaging 4.3 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
