Cameron Cook put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in March on Friday. He struck out three batters over 5.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances.

Even though Cook couldn't lead East Bay over Manatee, he won't have to wait long to try again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Sadly, Cook's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Indians' four-game streak of wins at home.
