Mekhi Simmons Turns in Season-Best Effort
Bishop Eustace Prep was led to victory by Mekhi Simmons, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Simmons rushed for 216 yards and two touchdowns on only 14 carries. The effort marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in August. His longest rush was for an incredible 78 yards.
Simmons must have Wildwood's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. Back in September of 2023 (the last time Simmons saw the Warriors), he rushed for 129 yards and a touchdown.
