Fort Wayne Bishop Luers' win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Dereon Truesdale, who scored 17 points along with three steals. Truesdale hasn't dropped below 15points for four straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Drelyn Truesdale, who scored 11 points along with five steals.
Norwell's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-7. As for Fort Wayne Bishop Luers, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 13-1.
Norwell will head out on the road to square off against East Noble at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Fort Wayne Bishop Luers, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Fort Wayne Wayne at 7:45 p.m. One thing working in Fort Wayne Wayne's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last four matchups.
