The result was an unpleasant reminder to Heritage Christian Academy of the 58-54 defeat they experienced in the two teams' previous head-to-head fixture back in November of 2023.
Heritage Christian Academy's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Cody Buetow, who scored 13 points. Parker Buetow was another key contributor, scoring 12 points.
Heritage Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Terra Ceia Christian, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 5-4 record this season.

Terra Ceia Christian won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Mount Calvary Christian Academy at 12:00 p.m. on January 12th. Mount Calvary Christian Academy is coming into the matchup on a five-game losing streak.
