West Adams hadn't done well against Dr. Maya Angelou Community recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Panthers sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over the Phoenix. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Panthers have posted since October 7, 2024.
