On Thursday, the Oak Grove Classical Academy Owls didn't have too much breathing room in their match against Academy for Technology and The Classics, but they still walked away with a 58-52 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Owls.

Oak Grove Classical Academy got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Isaac Rush out in front who posted 27 points. Rush continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Brody Prochnow, who scored 18 points.

Academy for Technology and The Classics lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Cayleb Blea, who earned 15 points. Mikey Mora was another key player, putting up 12 points.

Oak Grove Classical Academy now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Academy for Technology and The Classics, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-9 record this season.
