It's playoff time, and Oak Grove had no trouble coming through when it counted. They put the hurt on West Blocton with a sharp 14-2 win on Friday. Considering Oak Grove has won 15 contests by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Dalton Troncalli was incredible, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with three stolen bases, four runs, and one RBI. Those three stolen bases gave him a new career-high. Olen Bryant was another key player, going 2-for-4 with four RBI, one run, and one double.

Oak Grove was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .478. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .333 or higher in eight consecutive matchups.

Oak Grove's victory bumped their record up to 25-3. As for West Blocton, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-12.
