Hardin Valley Academy's victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-6 and their overall record up to 7-15. As for William Blount, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last nine matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-21 record this season.
