After having lost a blowout in their previous game against West Seneca West, the West Seneca East Trojans were happy to have found some success on Tuesday. They secured a 41-37 W over Varsity Opponent.
Among those leading the charge was Hailey Alba, who scored 18 points along with 3 steals. Alba is absolutely dominating the steal category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season.
West Seneca East now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Varsity Opponent, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 29-139-3.
West Seneca East will be playing at home against Newfane at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Varsity Opponent, they will head out on the road to face off against Booker at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
