When it comes to explaining why Beech Grove lost, one person who can't be blamed is Jarron Murry jr.. Despite the final result, he scored 15 points along with five assists and five rebounds. Murry jr. continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Simeon Mcintosh, who scored 14 points along with four steals.
Beech Grove has fallen quite a ways from their 17-7 record last season and are now at 1-8. As for Fort Wayne Blackhawk Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 6-2.
