Hiawatha has enjoyed a five-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will challenge the Mooseheart Red Ramblers at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 62-32, which was the final score in Hiawatha's tilt against Hinckley-Big Rock on Friday. While losing is never fun, Hiawatha can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois basketball rankings (they are ranked 687th, while Hinckley-Big Rock is ranked 310th).
Meanwhile, Mooseheart beat Parkview Christian Academy 66-53 on Friday.
Hiawatha's defeat dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Mooseheart, the victory got them back to even at 3-3.
Hiawatha might still be hurting after the 55-30 defeat they got from Mooseheart in their previous meeting back in February. Can Hiawatha avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
