Carter Pabst Crosses Big Stat Threshold
Eisenhower was led to victory by Carter Pabst, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Pabst picked up 154 receiving yards and five touchdowns. Thanks to that strong showing, he's now averaging 2.3 receiving touchdowns per game.
Pabst must have Arkansas City's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. When Pabst last faced the Bulldogs back in October of 2023, he picked up 129 receiving yards and three touchdowns.

Eisenhower was led to victory by Derek Morgan, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Morgan threw for 240 yards and five touchdowns while completing 86.7% of his passes, and also rushed for 36 yards. The effort marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in November of 2023. He has been hot , having posted three or more passing touchdowns the last seven times he's played.
Arkansas City had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw Morgan it was a similar story. Morgan threw for 282 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 14.1 yards per attempt the last time he and the Bulldogs duked it out back in October of 2023.

Erik Olivas produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Goddard to the win on Friday. Olivas rushed for 164 yards and two touchdowns on only nine carries. His longest rush was for an impressive 64 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.
The win was the fourth in a row for Goddard, bringing their record for this year to 5-1. Olivas and Goddard will face off against Arkansas City at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Archibald Made His Presence Known in Andover Central's 31-7 Win
Andover Central found a leader in Maddox Archibald as the team took down Salina Central on Friday. Salina Central had no answer to Archibald as he rushed for 147 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.6 yards per carry. Archibald really tore up the turf during one magnificent 71-yard run.
Andover Central's win bumped their record up to 5-1. A feisty cat fight will be fought when Jaguars dukes it out withEisenhower at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Cooper Reves Rounds Out Top Five
Rounding off our Top Five is Cooper Reves of Salina Central. Reves' rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 162 rushing yards. He also rushed for 216 rushing yards, which is notable because Salina Central is 2-1 when he posts at least 80 rushing yards, but 1-2 otherwise.
Salina Central's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. Reves and Salina Central will venture away from home to challenge Andover at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
