When it comes to explaining why Sturgeon lost, one person who can't be blamed is Isaac Bolles. Despite the final result, he went 6 for 10 from beyond the arc en route to 26 points and 2 assists. Bolles scored a full 43.3% of Sturgeon's points, the second time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Ethan Benskin, who scored 12 points along with 5 rebounds.
The victory got Pilot Grove back to even at 2-2. As for Sturgeon, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.
