Tanner came tearing into  Tuesday's  contest with four straight wins  (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4.3 goals), and they left with even more momentum. Their defense stepped up to hand the Elkmont Red Devils  a   6-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for Tanner, who have now won 13 matches by three  goals or more  so far this season.
They hit Elkmont with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from  Rey Leon (3),  Ivan Lagunas,  Jhovani Ramirez,  and  Cade Dorning.
Tanner pushed their record up to 17-5-1 with the  win, which was their fourth straight  on the road. The  road  victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero  goals over those four  games. As for Elkmont, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-13.
