The Telluride Miners's three-game losing streak  came to an end  on Saturday. They came out on top against Caprock Academy by a score of  49-36. That's another feather in the cap for Telluride, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
 Telluride was led to victory by  Townes Merritt and  Grayson Berry.  Merritt  scored 13 points, while  Berry  scored 17 points. The  contest was  Berry's fourth in a row with at least ten points.  Sam Herman was another key contributor,  scoring 6 points.
 Telluride's win bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Caprock Academy, they are  on a four-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 1-4.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Telluride is on the road again  on Tuesday and play against Ouray at 4:30  p.m.  on December 12th. Ouray and Telluride are at an even 5-5 over their past ten head-to-heads. As for Caprock Academy, they will head out on the road to face off against De Beque at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday.
