Despite the loss, Antonito had strong showings from Destanaya Quintana, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 15 rebounds, and Zanita Garcia, who scored 12 points along with three steals. Quintana is crushing the rebound category: she's posted at least nine every time she's taken the court this season.
Meanwhile, Lake City's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Monday after their fifth straight defeat. They fell 35-28 to Antonito.
Antonito's loss dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Lake City, they dropped their record down to 1-6 with that defeat, which was their third straight on the road.
