Kyler Fossett continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 284 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 12.3 yards per carry. Fossett was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 60 yards. Another player making a difference was Ej Aviles, who rushed for 91 yards and a touchdown.
Oglesby's win was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 13-0. They've been dominating during the matchups in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 36.36 points. As for Richland Springs, their loss ended a nine-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 13-1.
Oglesby will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Benjamin at 2:00 p.m. on December 13th. One thing working in Benjamin's favor is that they have posted big point totals every time they've taken the field this season. Richland Springs does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
