While Kent Island didn't have the best season last year (they finished 7-13), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They enjoyed a cozy 55-40 win over the Colonel Richardson Colonels on Thursday. Winning may never get old, but the Buccaneers sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Kent Island's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Colonel Richardson, their defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 3-2.

Kent Island will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Cambridge-South Dorchester on January 6, 2025. As for Colonel Richardson, they will finish 2024 at home by hosting Polytech at 1:30 p.m. on December 26th.
