Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only North Hunterdon walked away with it. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Kennedy Memorial Mustangs a 7-0 shutout on Tuesday. The win was nothing new for the Lions as they're now sitting on three straight.

North Hunterdon's victory bumped their record up to 13-11. As for Kennedy Memorial, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-13 record this season.

As of now, neither North Hunterdon nor Kennedy Memorial have any future games scheduled.
