The Vincennes Lincoln Alices scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They put the hurt on North Central with a sharp 75-53 win. That's another feather in the cap for Vincennes Lincoln, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Several Thunderbirds players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jalyn Davidson, who scored 20 points along with five assists and four steals. The contest was Davidson's sixth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Shelby Seay, who scored 12 points along with five assists and four steals.
Vincennes Lincoln's win bumped their record up to 6-8. As for North Central, their loss dropped their record down to 8-5.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Barr-Reeve the next time they take the court. Vincennes Lincoln will head out to face Barr-Reeve at TBD on Friday, while North Central will head out to face them at TBD on Friday.
