Walkertown was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight  loss. They took  a  57-48 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Reagan Raiders. The Wolfpack were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Raiders apparently hadn't forgotten their  defeat the last time these teams played  back in December of 2023.
 Several Wolfpack players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was   Tyler Jones, who  posted nine  points and four  steals. The team also got some help courtesy of  Ricco Daniels, who  had nine points.
Walkertown's loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Reagan, they now  have a winning record of 4-3.
 Walkertown will get a bit of extra time to process the  defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Reidsville at 7:30  p.m.  on January 3, 2025. Walkertown is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 56.2  points per game  this season. As for Reagan, they are taking a road trip to  take on Mount Airy  at 4:30  p.m.  on December 27th. Reagan knows how to get  points on the board -- the  team has finished with 55 points or more in their past five games -- so hopefully Mount Airy likes a good challenge.
