In what's become a running theme this season, the Niceville Eagles gave their fans yet another huge win on Friday. They blew past Chiles 68-33 on the road. The win was nothing new for Niceville as they're now sitting on seven straight.
Niceville got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Jazmyn Fowler out in front who scored 13 points along with five steals and two blocks. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Fowler has scored all season. Kiyah Hatcher was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with five rebounds and three steals.
Niceville has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 16-4 record this season. As for Chiles, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-9.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Niceville and Milton will face off at 6:30 p.m. on January 23rd without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Milton is looking to tack on another W to their three-game streak on the road. As for Chiles, they the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome FAMU DRS at 2:30 p.m. on January 20th. Hopefully FAMU DRS focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 27 last Tuesday.
