Southampton Academy extended the longest winning streak in NCISAA Colonial Carolina (8 Man) this week by beating Northeast Academy, 64-0. The victory was the 10th in a row for the Raiders.
Southampton Academy took down the Eagles 64-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Leading the league in both passing and receiving yards, Arendell Parrott Academy's Jack Huddle and Caleb Quinn have proven to be a lethal combination. 5-10 quarterback Huddle has thrown for 715 yards this season, while Quinn has 37 catches for 597 yards. Greg "GJ" Mullins from Hobgood Academy leads the league in rushing with 2,591 yards.
The marquee game in the league this week will be the clash between Dale Marks' team and the Patriots. The Raiders enters the contest ranked first in the state, while Arendell Parrott Academy ranks fifth.
In 79 carries Jawan Marshall has put up 939 yards this year.
Matt Beaman's team led NCISAA Colonial Carolina (8 Man) in scoring this week after putting up 68 points on Halifax Academy.
